Dharmaj Parkinson’s Care Trust, in association with Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Surat, organized a Parkinson’s (Tremors) Awareness Campaign on 17 May 2026 at Gurukul, Ved Road, Surat. The event aimed to spread awareness about Parkinson’s disease, its early symptoms, diagnosis, care, and available treatment options.
The seminar included expert guidance from neurologists and physiotherapists, focusing on early identification, hidden symptoms, patient support, and improving quality of life. Patients, caregivers, and families received valuable medical guidance and counseling during the program.
The initiative was led by Mr. Prakash Rakholia , founder of Dharmaj Parkinson’s Care Trust, with the vision of creating awareness, supporting underprivileged patients, and building an authentic Parkinson’s patient database for future medical and social support initiatives.
